When you are working from home, you have the advantage of being able to set your own hours, wear whatever you want and never need to commute. You also are able to see your family quite a bit more. Parents really value a trustworthy person to take care of their kids, and will pay good money for such a service. One way to advertise this service is through the paper; however the best advertisement you get is going to be through word of mouth. A good testimonial from another parent is worth a lot. 2. Administration: What this basically means is jobs like bookkeeping and virtual assistant jobs. You will find that bookkeeping is an easy job to start up if you have some sort of background in accounting or are at least good with numbers. This job can pay you well, because you will have the ability to take on many clients at a time. A virtual assistant job is quite similar to working as an assistant in an office, only you complete your tasks through the internet. The startup costs are next to nothing. 3. Party Planning: If you like parties and have great organizing skills you may be able to find great success in the business of party planning. There are all kinds of events that you can plan, such as graduations, weddings and parties for kids. The startup cost is a bit higher due to the fact that you need supplies, but you can make a lot of money doing this once you become well known for it. This is just a short list of options when it comes to work at home jobs, and you can find plenty more if you just start looking online!
