With weight loss hypnosis, most people don't realize it but their obesity and over eating problems does not stem from their biological or chemical build-up. In fact, it primarily stems from their psychological build-up. It was the way they think about food and the way they foresee how often they will eat food that determines if they can have a lasting effect in losing weight. This is not a conscious behaviour that people could strive to change but rather it is a subliminal behaviour hidden in their subconscious. Because of this, it somehow hinders them from having a long-term success in losing weight.Thus, it interferes in the known eating patterns hidden within the subconscious.

Changing your eating pattern by using this method is the only way that can give you positive results and at the same time, give long-lasting results. It isn't an issue whether hypnosis works in altering your behavioural patterns because it does work. It was proven by those people who use hypnosis in removing their destructive habit of smoking. Your subconscious, when in extreme relaxation, was vulnerable to suggestions. By working with the subconscious, it would make you more obedient and accepting of the hypnotic suggestions. Since this hypnosis is all about weight loss control, then your hypnotist would give healthy suggestions and implant it in your subconscious. Thus, with these healthy practices and behaviour already imbedded in your head, going to the gym or eating less would no longer be an effort on your part. In fact, these healthy suggestions would help you to be more motivated and energized on what you need to do to lose weight. All in all, changing your behaviour through weight loss hypnosis is the only method that could give you long-lasting effect in losing weight.
