Ubuntu includes tools like OpenOffice and FireFox. CentOS is another free and open software. It is based on Red Hat's source code. It and Red Hat Enterprise are similar. Through chat rooms, emails, and web forums is how technical support is provided. Cloud servers run on a great many different operating systems.
