Most of the people who are fortunate enough to not have to deal with foot pain on a regular basis probably either changed the channel or just didn't pay attention. However, if you are one of the people that have to suffer from pain in your ankles or feet daily, then you may have sat down and taken notice. Most of the time people are turned off by "As Seen in TV" items, or anything from an infomercial in general. This is totally understandable, as infomercials are gimmicky in nature, and tend to cause skepticism among the general public. This was likely your initial reaction to Walkfit Inserts. Take a moment to seriously consider everything that you have tried to alleviate your foot pain over the years. You may have even gone so far as to visit a podiatrist or have custom made insoles built for you! Really, at this point what do you have to lose by trying one more thing? You may be pleasantly surprised at the outcome. No matter what type of foot or size of shoe you wear, chances are you will find a pair of inserts that will fit you quite nicely. It all depends upon how much support you need, so you can choose between low medium and high. You are going to notice a strange feeling the first time you wear them. Your feet are probably so poorly balanced that it is going to take awhile for them to get back to where they need to be as far as alignment is concerned. Before too long you will be walking properly again, and it will be like second nature to you! The inserts are for everyday use as well as sports. They are also great for people who have to stand in one place all day long. If this is you, then you know better than anyone else how bad it hurts to stand still in one place for an extended period of time! You can even get a second pair for your dress shoes so that you will be comfortable at all of your events! You will find weddings much more enjoyable when you aren't constantly thinking about your foot pain! Don't underestimate the effect that foot pain has on your lower back. Once your arches are more supported, you are going to feel a huge difference in the way your lower back feels, in addition to how much better your ankles and feet feel.
