How in the world did Daniel Craig get in such good shape? So many people want to know. On top of that, everyone wants to know what they have to do to look as good as he does. The truth is that it's actually a combination of different things for different people. This is why you will see so many different workout plans out there, and they all claim to do the same thing. Yet when you try them out you get results that are nowhere close to what you expected. There are tons of good workouts to choose from out there, but you have to take one that is relatively close to what you need and then make it your own.

Maybe you need a home workout. Are you one of those people who can't stand working out in front of other people? It's totally understandable. Sometimes it's hard to exercise comfortably in front of total strangers. Plus, it's always completely embarrassing when you are trying to figure out some new equipment that you have never used before. If you really don't like going to the gym it can sometimes get in the way of your progress because it will cause you to want to skip workouts. The good news is there are a lot of really good workout plans that you can do at home. As a matter of fact, none of the exercises that Daniel Craig did require a gym.

However, some people really like going to the gym. It actually works as a motivator to some. It's really a matter of taste. There are a lot of really effective gym workouts to choose from, and you can personalize them really easily to make them suit your fitness goals. For example, if you are really in need of muscle gain you can add additional weight and cut down on the amount of reps that you do.

If you already have all of the muscles that you need and you just want to define them, you can just lower the weight and increase the amount of reps that you do. Just be sure to vary the intensity of the exercises. If your muscles get used to doing the same thing all of the time you will most likely hit a plateau. This is when you will cease to see any results. By changing the order and intensity of your workouts you can continue to get the results that you are looking for.

It's the same thing with your cardio workouts. You should vary the intensity of those as well. Adding intensity to your cardio and weight training workouts is going to increase your resting metabolic rate. This means that you will not only be burning fat and calories during your workout, but also when you are doing nothing at all- even when you are sleeping! Most importantly, you just have to remember that in order to get the sort of results that Daniel Craig got you won't get there by doing something that works for someone else; it has to be the workout that is best for you.
