Daniel Craig is in excellent physical condition. To look at him you can almost see him sweating it out in the gym for hours a day. It would only be natural to assume so. The truth is that his workout program is totally different. He got in excellent physical shape by using exercises that can be done right in your own home. It's a military style workout that includes exercises which use your own body weight as well as running and sprinting exercises for cardio. The whole plan can actually be highly effective, if that is what you need.

How do you feel about going to the gym? Do you use it as a motivator? Maybe you have a gym buddy and it sometimes motivates you knowing that you have someone there waiting for you. Or it could be the action of getting up and going to the gym excites you, and you actually like it.

On the other hand, some people can't actually afford a gym membership anyway. They aren't cheap to begin with. Plus, there is the commute to deal with, and some people will end up skipping their workout just because they would rather not deal with it. Additionally, there are some people that actually feel uncomfortable working out in front of others. If this sounds like you, it would probably be a good idea to go with something like what Daniel Craig did. You could basically do everything you need to do without ever having to set foot in a gym.

It's just important that you make sure that this is the right thing for you before you get started, because what works for one person may not work for the next. This is one of the most common reasons for failure. Often times people will see that something has worked for another person and decide to do exactly that. Then they will wonder why they did not get the same results. It is because of the fact that we are all so different and our bodies have different requirements.

It's okay if you want to take what someone else did and tweak it so that it will work better for you. For example, if you feel like you want to try this type of workout but you are extra skinny and need to build up some muscle mass, you could go ahead and take a few days in the weight room each week. When you are trying to add muscle mass you just add more weight and do less reps. You can tweak workouts in several ways like this. It's the same way with your diet.

If you have a lot of body fat to lose, replace a lot of your carbs with protein. Protein is harder for your body to break down, so it will spend more energy this way. Then when your body needs energy it will go to your stored fat to get some. You can get in great physical shape like Daniel Craig; just don't get too focused on mirroring another person's workout since we are all so different.
