Of course you want to look like Daniel Craig. He's ripped. So what's his secret? What in the world did he have to do to get that way? You would think he lived in a gym. However, that is actually not the case.

The type of plan that he used is one that you can do no matter where you are. You don't need to go spend a bunch of money on a gym membership, because it doesn't require any of that unnecessary equipment anyway. Think about how many benefits there are to not having to head to the gym every time you want to work out. Plus, you can just do your workout in the privacy of your own home without having to worry about anyone else. Plus, you are more likely to actually work out if all you have to do is walk into another room of your home rather than make a commute to the gym.

In order to do it like he did, you have to combine the right physical training with a good nutritional plan and the right amount of rest. A lot of your success depends upon your ability to stay focused and committed. The more effort you apply toward your fitness goals the quicker you will see the results that you desire. If you leave out any of the major components you will find yourself disappointed in the end when you are not moving forward.

If you are not able to constantly maintain a positive attitude, you will surely be doomed to fail. Of course there are going to be moments where it gets really hard. There may even be times where you find yourself slipping a little bit, but rather than using that as an excuse to give up, just hurry up and get back with the plan.

As far as physical training goes, you want to keep on challenging your muscles. Basically, your body will respond the best to the more functional types of training. You will get some really fast results just from using your own bodyweight to do your exercises, like Daniel Craig did. Go back to basics and do a lot of pushups, pull-ups, chin-ups and all of those classic exercises. Plus you will need to do a lot of cardio, like running and sprinting. Don't let your body get used to the same thing. Start switching up the intensity of your workouts by doing some interval training and varying the exercises that you do as well as the order in which you do them. If you let your body get used to doing the same thing all of the time, you will cease to get any results.

Start thinking about food as fuel, and follow a balanced nutritional plan. Do not neglect to drink plenty of water, because hydration is going to be essential for performance and recovery. Be sure to take time to rest in between workouts for muscle recovery and growth. If you want to get ripped like Daniel Craig, lose the gym membership and stick with those classic exercises you can do at home.
