Everybody wishes that they could go to the gym and come out looking like Jason Statham. The question is, what in the world did he have to do to get a body like that? It's not some big secret that is going to blow you away, or a weird Hollywood diet that no one could possibly follow. He just worked hard in the gym and did what he had to do. You can't make excuses if you want to get results like that. The thing is, everyone can't do the exact same thing and expect to reach the exact same level of physical fitness.

As of right now, you are at a completely different level of fitness than Jason Statham was when he began his plan. For this reason, you may have to do something that is totally different than what he has done in order to get to that same point. Where he did a full body routine, you may end up needing to start out doing split sets first. Plus, he may have had a certain diet that was suited just for him. Maybe you need a fat loss diet, or maybe you are super skinny and need a diet that is designed for muscle gain. All of these are factors that need to be considered before you dive in to any sort of plan.

For example, if you have a certain area that is lacking more than others, you may want to begin by doing split routines so that you can focus more on that particular area until you get it built up. If you are fairly even all over, you could probably go straight into doing full body workouts. These are great, because you only have to go to the gym 2-3 times a week, and your workouts are less than an hour. If you have a really busy lifestyle to begin with, this will make it much easier for you to add working out into your schedule.

If you have always been naturally skinny, you can still build muscle mass. It's just that you will have to adjust your workouts and your diet accordingly. During your weight training you will have to add more weight and do fewer reps in order to increase muscle mass. Your diet is going to consist of more calories and tons of protein and carbs. You are going to be having roughly 7 meals per day, and this will take some getting used to, but you just make your meals smaller.

It's totally different if you have to lose body fat. You are going to be lifting less weight with a higher amount of reps, and your diet will be totally different. You won't be trying to push calories. As a matter of fact, you have to monitor them. So, as you can see the workout and diet plan that you do cannot just simply be modeled after another person. Even though Jason Statham got ideal results, his plan may not be the one that is ideal for you.
