Speaking as a business has grown in an amazing way. Today we have a large number of professional speakers who are drawn from various backgrounds. There is now a lot of competition in the speaking field and its presentations' quality is sky rocketing. A large number of these professions speakers are successful not only in this profession but in other fields as well. Thus, these speakers can effectively inspire others to become as successful as they are by using their own experiences and challenges. it is a very hard task trying to choose who among these speakers is the best. Each speaker has their own strengths and areas of excellence. This said though, there are some speakers whose appeal is unique and I therefore consider the highlight of UK speakers.

John Amaechi takes my vote as top on this list of UK speakers. He is the first Briton to go into the US Basketball Hall of Fame following a successful seven year career in the NBA. His recognition is mostly for overcoming many significant challenges in both his personal and professional life including facing a fatal injury at some point in his career. He is a great motivational and keynote speaker who delivers excellent presentations that have helped many in their personal development.

The other excellent speaker who stepped into the limelight after winning in The Apprentice show is Tim Campbell. He stands out as one of the few young serious speakers who are ready to address challenges that affect their peers. Tim's favorite topics of address are the power of a positive mental attitude and planning and entrepreneurship.

Another top of the rank speaker is Mary Protas who in not only a speaker but also a well established author. Her main areas of expertise are retail strategies, branding and communication. She is a well rounded speaker who is able to engage, entertain and educate her audiences every time. With creativity as her main strength, Mary is continuously contributing positive innovations to the UK speaking industry.

Major Chris Hunter worked as a bomb disposal specialist in Iraq and is now a veteran in the British Army. He was part of the counter terrorist unit and completed his career as a senior intelligence analyst for the defense ministry. He sheds a positive light on the most desperate of situations and spices his presentations with just the right amount of humor. He is one of the most captivating UK speakers in the business.

Final on my list of top UK speakers is Adrian Gilpin. He excellently makes his presentations with the use of quality audios and videos. His main topics of speaking are team work, leadership and entrepreneurship and he is also an accomplished writer. Adrian has great energy which makes his sessions a very lively affair. My list of favorite UK speakers may not represent everyone's view. Much as this may be the case, having one session with any of my top five speakers will assuredly leave you in full appreciation of my choice.
