Make Your Body Proud Through Muscle Building

Have you ever felt envious over those magazine models whose bodies are so lithe and strong and healthy? Ever wonder what they had to do in order to achieve that look of health? The fitness models most especially look the healthiest and their bodies are not the humongous muscle bound ones that can put to shame Conan or Hercules. Instead, they just simply look fantastic.

These fitness models do not look like the fashion models at all. Fashion models lack muscles, they look anorexic, and their bodies look like hangers for designer clothes. Some especially look like walking cadavers. What is the main difference between these two highly lucrative modeling careers? Health. Health is the main issue between the two modeling and it seems that the healthier models actually live longer and look younger. When someone gets into a muscle building program, the diet of fresh fruits, vegetables, lean meats, and lots of water and exercise makes the muscles develop cleaner. Not only that, it can really show on the skin on how healthy or unhealthy a model is.

Take for example the fashion model. Their bodies are thin, but there is no substance to it. They look unreal and they look like bug-eyed girls who are starving at the sight of a piece of bread. Not only that, there is now a demand for younger models as those who are in their twenties look old, their skin look dry and stretched.

An unhealthy body will first find evidence on the condition of the skin. It may be clear of pimples, blackheads and others, but it will not be clear of the stretched dry condition that could make the skin look old and worn.

Fitness models on the other hand look terrific even at thirty and their muscle tones and skin conditions glow. Their skin maintains that elasticity of youth and because they do not wear too much makeup, the skin around their eyes is not dry and wrinkly.

Fashion models and fitness models' bodies are also way different: fashion models do not look toned, they do not have well defined musculature and they weigh a lot less. Fitness models may look toned and healthy, but they weigh more. Who lives longer? The fitness models.

For one thing, muscle building demands that in order to maintain that healthy looking body, the body must never be starved of good nutrition and fluids. These two alone will ensure that the body is free of the toxins of nicotine, caffeine and drugs as well.
