The IT industry will run primarily on cloud computing someday soon. Cloud computing employs a technology that uses the internet to maintain data and other applications as well. Lots of businesses and companies now prefer to make use of cloud computing. When you buy cloud computing you have the liberty to access their data from any computer. Several different servers are used with cloud computing tools. The reason why cloud servers are such a popular choice is its ability to connect to multiple servers at the same time. This is a feature not being offered by traditional hosting services. These only offer access to only one limited server at a time. The processing power of cloud software is unlimited since it can get additional servers to boost the power whenever needed. Nowadays major websites employ the cloud software due to its numerous benefits. These include websites such as Facebook, Twitter, Orkut, webmail services like Hotmail and Yahoo mail, small blogging sites and services like WordPress, video and picture sharing websites like Flickr and You tube, application and document websites such as Google Docs, business websites like eBay and Craig's List and rating and commenting sites such as Yelp and TripAdvisor. These websites get millions of visitors a day. This shows that cloud computing is integrated in our everyday lives and it has intelligently taken control of all IT related issues. Cloud computing is taking over the Internet. The desktop will not die out; however, it will evolve and become improved in new ways and co-ordinate with remote computing. Most users predict that in the future they will make use of a sophisticated desktop hybrid that is extremely user friendly and will be the primary interface for information. It is also said that in the future the functionality could be increased although desktop and other private networks will provide more or less the same services. The services will also be faster and more efficient. The functioning of the private sectors and IT related applications will be transformed by cloud computing deployment. However, some people believe that the cloud software is not secure enough. They feel that the cloud software further exposes private information to governments, corporations, thieves, opportunists, and human and machine error. Compatibility is another issue to be dealt with. They feel that quality must be ensured so that everyone can easily make the switch to the cloud software. Legal issues, intellectual property issues, privacy, access, and lack of broadband spectrum in case the load increases are only some of the problems some people have with cloud software. The matters earlier mentioned need to be dealt with before cloud software can be fully accepted by all users. However, despite these concerns, the cloud software is already being employed by international websites. This only shows that the naysayers are wrong and that cloud software is a highly effective and reliable technology.
