Parkinson's symptoms are more often than not divided into two types: movement and non-movement symptoms. Movement symptoms have an effect on the body's capability to be in motion. On the other hand, non movement symptoms can range from a simple pain to constipation. Each and every individual who is ill with Parkinson's will have different symptoms. However, you might observe that most of them shiver or shake. The symptoms usually start in one side of the human body which then might travel through the whole body, but this may take many years.

There are several Parkinson's symptoms. Some of them are: less movement of the face, pains everywhere the body, shiver or tremor in the hands, constipation, difficulty in movement, depression. About three-fourths of the people who have Parkinson's will suffer with a mild or severe tremor. This is shown in a recent study carried out on Parkinson's disease. This tremor or shiver is involuntary and is triggered whenever the body is static mode or resting. The tremor becomes severe once the individual starts feeling stressed and depressed.

This disease or disorder slowly gets bad with time, it's just logical if you see Muhammad Ali on TV, right? Another example being, Michael J Fox, remember the cool guy from "Back To The Future?" Exactly! It ultimately spreads out in both the hands and both the legs or feet. The tremors have been reduced and all together stopped in some cases. The treatments carried out for this purpose in the earlier stages can be squeezing a ball or blu tac. You can also look out for stress relieving balls to reduce your tremors. These balls are easily available and found in stores all over the world. Social life and even everyday life will become restricted and difficult due to the movement problems that are created by Parkinson's. Now, Bradykinesia is just another name for these movement difficulties. The sufferer of Bradykinesia may walk with a little shuffle. This problem can even come up to your face and can jumble all the facial expressions. This also results in speech problems since the facial expressions become difficult to change. Daily exercise of face expressions is needed to avoid the situation from deteriorating so fast.

Stiffness and pain are also a part of Parkinson's symptoms since the muscles are restricted and cannot be stretched in this condition. The individual might find it difficult to even bend or fold his arms or legs. Mobility can be maintained with the help of regular exercise and workout of arms and legs. You need to remain active during the early stages of Parkinson's. This will help you immensely to slow down the condition and reduce it to a single body part.

If you find any of the above mentioned symptoms in you, then you should consult a doctor immediately. You might turn out to be healthy, but it's better to check these kinds of diseases in their early stages. Your doctor will be able to provide with the exact prescription, care and advice but there is no cure for this disease yet. Do not assume that you can get the disease if only all the symptoms would emerge in you. Do remember that Parkinson's symptoms differ for different persons. Ready to get more facts?
