Figuring out the e-liquid strength to go for is just as important as choosing the best electronic cigarette around. If you decide on the wrong dosage, you might think that vaping doesn't provide satisfying results. This might cause you to give up using the device and simply return to your old habit of smoking the real thing. What makes vaping work primarily is this solution. If the device you have uses a disposable cartridge like a smokymizer, you can purchase pre-filled ones for replacements. Simply screw in a fresh cartridge when the currently installed one runs out of contents. Usually you have to get the pre-filled replacements from the device's manufacturer. But it's also possible to go for a different brand you like which offers an adaptor for compatibility purposes. There are devices which employ refillable cartridges. Also, there are cartomizers (cartridge and atomizer fused together) that are capable of being refilled for a few times. During such case, a bottle of the solution has to be purchased. Whether you're going for replaceable or refillable cartridge, you have to decide on the strength of the liquid. This is based on the amount of nicotine in milligrams (mg) per milliliter (ml) of the solution. So if you see something that says 6 mg/ml, it means there are 6 mg of nicotine per ml of the solution. An ml is equivalent to about a fourth of a teaspoon. The solution may be purchased usually in strong, medium, light and zero. But there are manufacturers that also have extra strong ones too. Different manufacturers may use different standards in measuring the strength. Make sure that you look at the numbers and not just the words, usually going from 0 mg/ml to as high as 36 mg/ml. So in choosing a solution's strength, several different things will step into the scene. Point out which kind of smoker you used to be. For example, if you don't exceed smoking a pack of cigarettes per day, go for a solution ranging from 6 mg/ml to 12 mg/ml (light to moderate). If you smoke multiple packs daily, you might have to go with 24 mg/ml to 36 mg/ml (strong to extra strong). The dosage you need is also influenced by the time of the day you smoke. Smokers usually need more nicotine early during the day. Someone who has a busy work schedule may find having large doses of nicotine beneficial to help in carrying out things. At night, the need for nicotine usually wanes. Some individuals may only need large nicotine doses after eating. Whether you use cartridges that are disposable or refillable, what you can do is a have stocks of two different solution strengths. Picking the right e-liquid is crucial if you want to enjoy a satisfying vaping life. Try not to immediately go for something that's strong just to avoid ending up with nicotine withdrawal symptoms when you make that big switch. A lot of people who did this found themselves having more nicotine than necessary. Try to go for something light first to avoid overdosing yourself with the substance should a strong one be too much.
