Well here is where modern technology and new ideas in business management can give you the leg-up you need to bring that exciting new business idea out there so you can start raking in the rewards and fulfilling your dreams. One of the latest trends is something called virtual assistance. These are people who have set up office management services and will act as your secretary, bookkeeper, events planner, researcher, customer service, etc. The beautiful part is that you don't have to make space for them in your office, pay them an annual salary, give them vacation leaves or sick leaves, pay employment taxes for them or buy them office equipment or even train them. You don't even have to see them at all because everything between you and your virtual assistant will be handled through phone, fax or email. Let's look at the benefits you reap by choosing this option. First, you save yourself a lot of time recruiting employees, interviewing them, negotiating with them and then training them.
