If your budget for renewable energy is tight, you will definitely want to buy a set of plans with video explanations and build your wind turbine from scratch. There are thousands of dollars in difference between one you buy from a dealer and one you make at home from a set of plans. To get the best wind turbine for your house you need to be careful in your upfront analysis. You will be amazed how much money you can save by installing one though. If done right, your utility bills will drop dramatically.
