The best diving sites in Phuket and Andaman Sea include the Burma Banks in the archipelago of Mergui, the Surin Islands, the Similan Islands, the Andaman Islands, sites around the Phi Phi Islands, the King Cruise Wreck, Koh Dok Mai, Phuket West Coast Dive Sites, Rachai Noi, and Rachai Yai. All dive sites mentioned are diverse with marine life and clear waters, each offering something different for a varied and exciting experience with every encounter.
Visitors can choose between day trips or tours. For a more luxurious experience, more distant and deeper explorations are also offered. These are called "liveaboards". Wall diving and shallow water wrecks are some of the other activities that could be done depending on the vacationer's liking.
