In cloud computing services (CC), the various advanced technologies and approaches that are applied are known as cloud management techniques. Integrated Cloud Service Management (ICSM) solutions are a set of such principles, necessary to ensure a firm utilizes CC to the fullest. This aims to reduce the production cost a corporation by switching to a CC substructure. The skill requirement in a CC environment depends on the cores to be handled. Information managers (IM) are a fundamental part of administration in a cloud hosting service organization. One of the major cores of an IM is signing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients. The IM needs accomplishments in negotiating contracts as SLAs are formal agreements between two bodies. For an IM to work effectively, he should have asset administration skills. This is because he is responsible for allocating assets and other resources to various departments in such a system. Supervisory skills are essential in an information manager since he monitors service delivery to the customers. The Information Manager determines the best auditing methods to use in a CC system thus he shall require skills in accounting. An IM should be a smart decision maker since he is the one to make decisions regarding the best service providers in the market. He may also require some technical skills since he is involved in maintaining connectivity networks. Most of the technical cores in CC government are undertaken by the system administrators. Generally, the system administrators handle cores relating to maintenance of operating systems, firewall, backup systems and databases. They also monitor collaboration of software in a system. System managers develop and maintain the appearance of applications for easy use by customers. They, therefore, require proficiency in managing images and templates so as to ensure user friendliness of their systems. The department of Architecture and Information Security is critical in CC management systems. The information security group needs skills in enforcing data security such as data encryption and use of passwords. On the other hand, the architecture group must have necessary skills in making and implementing policies. The Network Security department works closely with the Architecture and Information Security group. This department is responsible for ensuring that network security policies of clients are observed. They, therefore, require skills in network maintenance and safety techniques. Backup maintenance is another area that requires specialized skills in a CC system. It is the work of backup administrators to manage these cores, which include identifying the backup requirements in a business and ensuring that a cloud provider allocates necessary resources for backup upkeep in a corporation. They should have skills in creating, maintaining and extending backup systems. Recently, computing clouds have become exceedingly complex due to use of more complex data, processes and applications to businesses. This has led to the need to come up with even better cloud management techniques and strategies. Although CC is widely considered to be the next significant event in the world of computing, many firms will still find themselves not able to use it to the fullest, unless they employ the latest methods in this area.
