Most people will find that having a nautical theme party with a variety of nautical party games and printable activities will be a lot of fun. What type of nautical party supplies is suitable for such an occasion? The party venue plays a role in what type of games can be played for a nautical theme party certainly. If the nautical theme party is held outdoors in a warm climate, then playing various water-theme party games should be considered. Active, sit-down, and party games of all types can be played during a nautical theme party. Most hosts will find that having a variety of games and activities will allow all of the guests to enjoy the party and participate in the nautical theme party. Nautical Ring Toss: This is a great game to play with friends at a Nautical Theme party and is played like the game of horseshoes and other similar games. To play, is a light foam lifesaver ring and toss it around a stationary object. Another option for a fun toss game can be played by placing the lifesaver on the floor or ground. Players must stand at a given distance and toss objects such as plastic lobsters and other sea-life into the center of the lifesaver. Small throwing objects such as bean bags can be used as well. The game of Lifesavers and Toothpicks is perfect for teenagers and adults. Teams are placed in a single file line or circle. To begin, place a Lifesaver candy on the toothpick. On go, that player must pass the lifesaver to their teammate (no hands) anyway they can and so on. The team who can pass the lifesaver to all their teammates first is the winning team. Nautical Treasure Hunt: This game can be played a variety of ways by hiding objects in nautical themed buckets and then filling the containers with sand. To make the game more challenging use large metal buckets also. After the items are placed in the buckets they are to be filled completely with sand that hides all of the treasures. On go, players sift through the sand using only pales (no hands) and find the small objects. Once all the objects are found in one bucket, the player can move onto the next bucket and so on. The player who can find the most objects in the buckets is declared the winner. This game is best played one-on-one. Seafaring, or non-seafaring party guests can all appreciate fun nautical party games during the nautical theme party.
