A new type of plow, the V-style plow, are among the most versatile skid steer snow plows available for the winter season. These skid steer snow plows are built to do the same jobs as the traditional snow plows, but are equipped with a center-reticulated design, so they can simply do more. Each side of the V plow's blade is electro-hydro controlled, meaning that the snow plow operator can move each half independently of the other — all from within the cab of the skid steer machine. So the V plow can be configured to plow straight, plow snow as a concave scoop, or split-plow in the "V" formation for lightning-quick clearing of large areas such as school, church and shopping center parking lots, wide roads and drives, and industrial areas. Whichever of these tough-as-nails skid steer snow plows a skid steer owner chooses, it is comforting to know that each is built to the highest standards, and has a top-quality feature-set.
