Well, the truth is that all of us want to close quickly, whenever we decide to list and sell a house. The process of putting our house on the market is basically a job, and most of us just want to make our lives easier, not more complicated. It is one which holds you accountable as the seller, no matter what, because if your agent doesn't perform her duties and get the house sold, then it is still your job to get a different agent. Over the years I have established many working relationships with real estate agents by working jointly to get my house sold.
