It's also important to keep your contact lens case clean and disinfected. Every time you use the case, rinse it out with solution and then let it air dry. Some people use water to clean out the case, but many eye care professionals advise against it, suggesting solution instead.
Many eye doctors also recommend replacing your rigid lens case with new every three months to prevent bacteria from contaminating your contacts. Take proper care of your rigid contact lenses, and you'll have a comfortable contact lens experience and healthy eyes.
